BLUE AFTER HOURS

Hi there, happy to see you here again 😄! There are some outfits that come together without much thought, and this was one of them.

A pale blue shirt and navy blue trousers is about as simple as it gets, but sometimes that simplicity is exactly what I want. I left the shirt slightly open at the collar and kept everything else fairly understated, finishing the look with black boots and a few pieces of jewellery.

I’ve always liked clothes that can move between different settings without needing much adjustment. The pale blue shirt works nicely against the navy trousers, while the bootcut shape gives the whole look a little more character. It’s an easy combination, but still feels put together enough for an evening out.

More and more, I find myself coming back to outfits like this — familiar pieces, uncomplicated colours and small details doing most of the work.

Sometimes getting dressed really doesn’t need to be more complicated than that.
